Her thick journals offer an astounding portrait of hospital life. Five years of daily swimming and walking brought recovery. Luckily, her diabetes required this. Divorced, she moved back to Israel in 2003. Living contentedly near the Mediterranean Sea, she enjoys the sea and the seashore every day.
